Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes within the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Can I exchange my items purchased from Sephora.com or Sephora retail stores?

Unfortunately, GXVE Beauty Support cannot facilitate returns or exchanges of items purchased from Sephora. Please contact Sephora customer service for orders placed on Sephora.com or purchases from Sephora stores.

What's your U.S. Returns Policy?

While we hope you enjoy your GXVE Beauty products, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. The below policy is for orders delivered within the United States or United States Territories. 

  1. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

  2. To initiate a returns request, the customer should visit our returns portal.

  3. If we sent you the incorrect product or you had a negative reaction, refunds will be to the payment method on file or Digital Gift Card. All other return reasons will result in a Digital Gift Card.

  4. Product defects must be reported within 14 days of purchase. Defects should be reported via our returns portal and customers will receive a Digital Gift Card or refund.

          a. If product defects are discovered between 15-30 days, please email us at help@gxvebeauty.com, and include details of the defect, photos, and lot number, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.  5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  6. We reserve the right to refuse return requests if we suspect abuse of our returns policy. 7. Sales of products marked as “Final Sale” including but not limited to merchandise, memorabilia, and beauty sets are non-refundable and ineligible for return.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is by DHL SmartMail Parcel and is a flat rate of $4.99.

Which courier do you use?

Orders will ship via DHL SmartMail Parcel and are delivered by USPS. After your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. If you have trouble tracking your package, please contact GXVE Beauty Support for assistance.

How fast is shipping?

Orders received by 12 PM PT ship the same day, except for weekends and holidays. Shipping within the contiguous United States usually takes three business days. Shipping can take longer for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We don't currently ship to APO/FPO addresses; however, this may be an option in the future, so please check back for any changes.
