I am a total 90's teen, Gwen & No Doubt fan, even named my son Bradley! On top of that, she turned me onto the red lip at a very young age! Gwen's red, I thought, could never be duplicated.... until now! I've finally met my match after all of these years. The packaging is so Anaheim cool and punk. The formula has a shine, but it's not too much! It is long lasting, and I love how precise it goes on. My lips aren't dried out, at all, which is great for this Texas heat! The formula is Cruelty-free, clean and vegan, which is totally what I'd expect from the Queen! I'm so happy that I received Original Recipe for "those nights" and Screen My Phone Calls for the everyday look! I can't wait to try out the other shades to complete my set! As a nine year veteran, I am a fan if high efficacy products. The GXVE Anaheim Shine High-Performance Satin Lipstick in "Screen my phone calls" is a fantastic pinky-nude that is presented in Gwen style, bold, fearless packaging of black and white with gold lettering. This a daily nude that can be worn on its own, or you can add a gloss to it. It glides onto the lips, hydrating them, and leaving them looking plump and polished. It is a well pigmented lipstick with leaves a satin, natural finish. I like that I am apply it during the day and re-touch as necessary and then in the evening, I simply add a gloss or a coat and I have those glossy, moist lips I like in the evening. Again, the deeply pigmented color still shines through in the evening.

I love the shape because it makes it so easy to angle the lipstick and use the pointed part to first line my lips and then fill in. I love a little shine for evening wear and I love the color Original Recipe for nighttime wear. This one went on easily for a nice smooth look that accentuated my lips with a little shine and long time wear, I only needed to reapply after eating. Great product that I would recommend for all skin types and very affordable.
