I recently had the opportunity to try this highlighter in shade Pink Champagne, and it's quickly become a staple in my makeup routine. The highlighter's compact packaging is both sleek and practical, making it easy to toss in my bag for on-the-go touch-ups. I've experimented with this highlighter over various bases, from cream and liquid foundations to BB creams and even just a simple moisturizer. Each time, it blended into my skin, providing a stunning, natural glow without disrupting my base. When applied over powder, it still delivers that radiant finish without appearing cakey. In terms of staying power, this highlighter holds up impressively throughout the day. Whether I'm running errands or heading to a meeting, my glow remains intact, keeping my skin looking fresh and luminous.

To be completely honest, I was a little hesitant to try out this highlighter but after using it a handful of times, I am so happy that I gave it the benefit of the doubt! Although the packaging wasn't all that enticing to me (it feels a little outdated), the product itself works wonders for my complexion and makes me look so glowy. It truly highlights and makes my face "pop," in all the right places. Typically, I apply this to my cheekbones, underneath my brows, and occasionally on the bridge of my nose to give me a glowy but somewhat sun-kissed look. More specifically, I have a lighter complexion and find that the darkest shade (bottom right corner) can be used alone to achieve a darker highlight. In contrast, I love that you can also kinda blend all the colors together to get this super natural look. It's truly a very versatile highlighter. A major plus? The packaging is super secure (snaps shut tightly), and would be great for travel! It also includes a small mirror inside of it if you are in need of a touch-up on the plane, in the car, or just around the house!

As a 40-something cosmetologist, I'm always on the lookout for products that deliver serious results, and the GXVE Check My Glow Illuminating Highlighter in Platinum Cowgirl does not disappoint! This highlighter's glow is blinding""in the best way possible. It adds the perfect pop of shimmer that catches the light beautifully, making my clients' cheekbones, tip of the nose, Cupid's bow, etc., look radiant and classy. The formula is smooth, easy to blend, and looks magical wherever applied. I swirl a highlighter brush through all the colors to ensure a multidimensional effect, give a little tap to remove the excess, and blend into those areas we want to pop. There's little to no fall-out, and that glam-glow look lasts all day. It never looks glittery, powdery or cakey. The packaging is really cool, from the chic design and materials of the box to the sleek, luxurious feel of the compact itself. The black, white and gold theme of the compact extends to other items in the line, making the whole experience of using this product even better. The only downside for me is the scent""it has a fragrance that is severely outdated. While it might appeal to some, it's not my favorite. However, the stunning results more than make up for it. I highly recommend this highlighter if you're looking for a product that truly shines!
