I'M STILL HERE

I get it, matte lips aren't for everyone but I like this one because it doesn't look too excessively dry. I will recommend that you exfoliate beforehand and also apply a very good moisturizing lip product before applying this lipstick. Every time I reapply, I do this again. I love how extremely pigmented this is! A little goes a long way so I apply very lightly because I do not like to put on too much. You can layer on more to pack a big punch. I love all GVXE products and this one definitely hits. You might want to patch test it because I don't think it really looks like the color online on my skin complexion (I have yellow undertones and tanner skin). I think I'll end up getting this in several different colors as well because it works so great with me!

Love these matte lipstick, is not to dry

I had really high hopes for this matte liquid lipstick as I am a big fan of GXVE products, and have many of hers that I love entirely. However, this one definitely is not on that list. First and foremost, the consistency of this lipstick feels super sticky and rough upon application. No matter how I applied this (i.e., on dry lips, damp, and moisturized) it went all the same, and it felt like chalk. It highlighted cracks and crevices on my lips that I certainly did not need to be highlighted. I do have to admit, that the color itself is a beautiful shade IF it would last. I only had this lipstick on for about an hour before drinking and it almost entirely wiped away the color. This was surprising to me, especially being a shade of red (isn't red one of the most difficult shades to take off?!). For the price, quality, and description, this just isn't worth it to me. If you're looking for a matte lipstick that is hydrating, long-lasting, and gives a beautiful color payoff, this just isn't it.
