Shipping & Processing 

After you have placed your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days for us to process and pack it. If your order is received before 12 PM PT, it will typically be shipped the same business day. For deliveries within the 48 contiguous states, you can expect the package to arrive within 3-5 business days. Kindly note that if you are located outside the contiguous United States, specifically in Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping time may be slightly longer, usually around 6-8 business days. For customers in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands customers, shipping may take approximately 10-12 business days. Shipping may take longer during high demand, inclement weather, and other events outside our control.

US Returns Policy

While we hope you enjoy your GXVE Beauty products, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. The below policy applies to orders purchased on and delivered within the United States or United States Territories.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • Order discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of purchase.

    • GXVE Beauty Support may request photo or video evidence of the discrepancy at their discretion.

  • To initiate a returns request, the customer should visit ourreturns portal at If we sent you the incorrect product or you had a negative reaction, refunds will be to the payment method on file or Digital Gift Card. All other return reasons will result in a Digital Gift Card.

  • Product defects must be reported within 14 days of purchase. Defects should be reported via our returns portal, and customers will receive a Digital Gift Card or refund.          

    • If product defects are discovered between 15-30 days, please email us at, and include details of the defect, photos, and lot number, and we will review them on a case-by-case basis.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse return requests if we suspect abuse of our returns policy.

  • Sales of products marked as “Final Sale,” including but not limited to merchandise, memorabilia, and beauty sets, are non-refundable and ineligible for return.
